And, of course, you are also encouraged to enjoy the exhibitions currently on view in our galleries.
For our May 2026 First Friday, we are screening You Are Not Alone, a film about health care disparities that black pregnant people face in The Bronx, by Bronx-based filmmaker & Artist, Brittney Russell. A Q&A with Russell will follow the screening. Complimentary cinema snack and beverages will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The exhibitions currently on view at the Museum are The Seventh AIM Biennial: Forms of Connection—featuring work by 28 artists who completed the 2024 and 2025 cycles of the AIM Fellowship, our prestigious career accelerator program for the most promising artists based in New York City, and Testimonial Tiles: Artwork by Fall 2025 School Partners, which displays student artwork inspired by the Ministry: Reverend Joyce McDonald exhibition.
